Anolon is partnering with The New York Botanical Garden to present The Edible Garden, a summer-long, garden-wide celebration of growing and eating great food. From June 27 through September 13, 2009, visitors to the Botanical Garden in the Bronx can enjoy multiple exhibits that show audiences the broad range of food plants; two festival weekends, June 26-27 and September 12-13, celebrating local, sustainable food choices and global cuisine; seven Thursday evening events that include wine and beer tastings; food-related programming; and more. As a major sponsor of The Edible Garden, Anolon is providing gourmet cookware, bakeware, cutlery, kitchen tools and gadgets to be used by renowned and up-and-coming chefs during cooking demonstrations in the Conservatory Kitchen.
