Georgeanne Brennan
Georgeanne Brennan has won both a James Beard and a Julia Child award, and is the author and co-author of numerous cookbooks. Her highly-praised memoir, A Pig in Provence, recounts her food and family life in France, where she bought a farmhouse in 1970, raised goats and made goats’ milk cheese. Between 2000 and 2006, Georgeanne offered week-long culinary adventures in Provence, and her program was featured in Gourmet magazine, In-Style, and Food and Wine.
Keith Snow
Chef Keith Snow, founder of Harvest Eating.com, is devoted to inspiring individuals to cook using local foods and seasonal recipes. His recent cookbook, The Harvest Eating Cookbook, contains over 200 of the chef's favorite recipes along with tips and techniques to bring the Harvest Eating lifestyle to your own family.
