Rugged hard anodized aluminum, twice as hard as stainless steel, conducts heat quickly and evenly for uniform cooking. Its color-coordinated dual riveted SureGrip® handle, a combination of heavy-duty stainless steel and silicone rubber, provides a soft, confident grip and is oven safe to 400°F. The break resistant glass lid allows for constant monitoring of food while it cooks.
