Anolon Classic Bronze Cutlery 7.5" Kyotsu®

Anolon’s Kyotsu® knife is a happy medium between the straight blade of a santoku knife and the curved blade of a chef’s knife. The Kyotsu edge has a very slight curve, so it has the decisive chop of a santoku but with a little more rocking motion than a classic santoku. The divots along the sides of the blade create small air pockets, which reduce drag when cutting. Kyotsu means "universal" in Japanese and the Anolon® 7.5" Kyotsu® knife is universally functional.

This knife is made of high quality, high carbon Japanese stainless steel, which is stain and rust resistant. The fully forged full tang construction offers exceptional weight and balance.
