General Manager / Beverage Director / Co-Owner Hopscotch Setting the service standards and managing the daily operations of Hopscotch isn’t all Jenny handles. She’s responsible for the beer, wine and cocktail program at Hopscotch. She has wide-ranging experiences in pairing fare with cocktails and has developed numerous bar and wine programs both as a consultant and while managing restaurants in San Francisco, namely Yoshi’s, Moose’s and Zuppa. Her cocktails at Hopscotch are designed with attention to seasonality and balance, using only the best ingredients. Striving for consistency, her approach and constant creativity has provided a highly acclaimed bar menu since Hopscotch opened it’s doors in 2012. She has been noted by Thrillist as a bartender to know. Her cocktails have been featured in Food & Wine Magazine, Imbibe and at the James Beard House in New York City. Hopscotch is known for its carefully selected list of spirits and wine, focusing on small batches, locally and artfully crafted products. The wine list is succinct, but represents a vast range with an eye to pairing and nuanced dishes. Under Jenny’s leadership and superior service at Hopscotch, food critic Michael Bauer awarded a Three Star review of Hopscotch noting the “friendly service, which hits all the right notes of being casual without being lax, helpful without being solicitous.”
