Laurie Harvey is the Beverage Director of the F.E.E.D. TX Restaurant Group. Laurie oversees the beverage programs of the rapidly expanding restaurant group, whose concepts include BRC Gastropub, Liberty Kitchen & Oyster Bar, Liberty Kitchen & Oysterette and Liberty Kitchen. Harvey has been behind the helm of some of Houston’s most favored restaurant bar programs including Dolce Vita and Beavers. Most recently she was the mastermind behind the buzzed about Sanctuari Bar at Triniti, where her creative culinary cocktail program put her in an elite group of bartenders placing Houston on the map in the competitive cocktail world. During her tenure at Triniti, Harvey was nominated and won Best Bartender in Houston in by Eater, winning favorite bartender from the online foodie site in 2014. Harvey was nominated for Best Bar Service by My Table Magazine in 2014 and 2015 and Culturemap in 2015.
